Registrar’s Office

The Registrar’s Office is still operating and fulfilling student requests where possible. If you need of assistance, please contact the office via email at registrar@concordia-ny.edu. This is the preferred method of contact as the office is no longer able to respond to voice calls. If you are submitting a transcript for review we recommend sending the official copy electronically to the aforementioned Registrar email address listed above. If you are currently enrolled at one of Concordia Teach-out Partner Schools (Iona, College of Mount Saint Vincent and Manhattanville) the partner school will send your transcripts directly to Concordia, in a secure manner, so that students do not have to make an official request at a partner school to do so.

If you would like to request a copy of your academic transcript from Concordia, you can still make the request through the portal link listed below. We are able to fulfill electronic and standard mail delivery options of your transcript. In person pick-up is no longer an option. We will continue to process transcript requests through the end of January at which point instructions for future requests will be posted on the Concordia NY and Concordia TX webpages.
